What's new this week
This codes list rebuilds itself every four hours from a cross-check of four publisher round-ups, so anything new on the SecretVerse Studio social channels usually shows up here before the YouTube guide videos finish uploading.
CHOCO2026is the only currently-working public code as of May 2026. It drops a temporary speed multiplier plus a candy stipend you can spend on the Candy & Chocolate event shop.- The Discord side of the code system is back online: the
#social-codechannel in the SecretVerse Studio Discord generates a unique single-use code per account, which we cannot list here but flag in the Notes column when active. - The Candy & Chocolate event keys (the giant chocolate-bar floor tiles) stay in rotation until the next world swap, so any seasonal code tied to candy redemptions should still resolve through the end of the month.
How to redeem +1 Speed Keyboard Escape codes
Redeeming a code in +1 Speed Keyboard Escape takes about fifteen seconds and works the same whether you're on PC, mobile, or an Xbox controller pass-through.
- Spawn into any server. The candy lobby loads first; you can redeem from the lobby before you start the run.
- Open the codes panel. Tap the gift-box icon on the right-hand HUD, then pick the Codes tab. On mobile the icon collapses into the burger menu in the top-right.
- Paste a code from the Active codes table at the top of this page. Codes are case-sensitive and the input strips spaces silently, so always use the Copy button rather than retyping.
- Press Redeem. Speed boosts apply instantly and tick down in the top-left under your current speed count. Candy lands in your wallet straight away.
If you get a "code already used" toast on first try, you may have used it on an alt; switch accounts and check. Codes are tracked per Roblox user, not per device.
How we verify every code
This is the bit publisher round-ups skip and we lean on. Every code that lands in the Active codes table has gone through three checks before you ever see it.
First, we monitor four independent publisher round-ups in parallel. A code only qualifies as a candidate when it shows up in at least two of those four. That kills most typos, screenshot misreads, and stale single-site copies the day they happen.
Second, the scraper writes the cross-source count straight onto each row. The "Verified by 4/4" pill next to a code means every publisher we watch listed it on the most recent cycle. A 2/4 pill means it's newer or contested; still safe to try, but worth checking back later.
Third, the auto-expiry sweep flips a working code to Expired the moment two of our sources stop listing it. We don't keep dead codes "just in case" the way some round-up sites do, because that's how you waste five minutes pasting things that haven't worked since the previous event.
The whole pipeline runs every four hours on its own. If the Last verified stripe says "12 min ago," that's because the page literally re-checked the publisher list 12 minutes ago in the background of someone else's visit.
What you can get from +1 Speed Keyboard Escape codes
Codes in +1 Speed Keyboard Escape don't shortcut the speed grind — every step you take still adds the same +1, and that's the point. What codes do give you is short bursts of acceleration plus event currency.
- Temporary speed multipliers — usually 2x for ten to thirty minutes, occasionally 3x during weekend events. The multiplier stacks on top of your current per-step speed, so it's most valuable once you're already past the first speed wall.
- Candy — the Candy & Chocolate event currency. Spend it on the rotating shop for keyboard-key skins, chocolate-trail effects, and the seasonal Marshmallow Glide pet.
- Restart shields — single-use buffers that let you fail one obstacle without snapping back to the start. The rarest reward and almost always tied to a milestone code.
- Pet boost tokens — accelerate the hatch timer on the candy egg without spending Robux.
- Cosmetic chocolate trails — purely visual, but the limited-edition trails from launch-week codes are now untradable.
You won't see codes for Robux, gamepass unlocks, or guaranteed legendary pets. If a "code" promises any of those, it's fake — report it via the Expired vote and we'll strip it from the queue.
When new codes drop
+1 Speed Keyboard Escape codes don't follow a fixed calendar. They cluster around six predictable triggers, which is why this page surfaces a What's new this week strip rather than a weekly schedule.
- Event launches — Candy & Chocolate, the current rotation, dropped with two codes on its launch day. The next world swap (a kitchen-themed map is teased on Discord) will almost certainly ship with one to three codes.
- Visit milestones — every 100M lifetime visits the game crosses, SecretVerse Studio drops a celebratory speed-boost code. The 500M milestone is the next likely trigger.
- Concurrent-player records — the game has held above 130k concurrent for most of May 2026; the studio has historically issued a code when a new peak gets set.
- Discord-only milestones — server-member round numbers (50k, 100k) trigger the
#social-codegenerator. Those codes are unique per user and don't appear on public round-ups. - Bug-fix apologies — when an update wipes restart-shield progress or breaks the leaderboard, a "sorry" code follows within 24 hours.
- Creator-event codes — the YouTubers SecretVerse partners with for trailer drops sometimes get a personal code with their handle baked in.
If you're trying to time a leveling session, watch for an update teaser on the SecretVerse Studio Discord — codes always land within hours of the patch going live, and that's exactly when our four-hour refresh catches them.
Why some codes don't work
Five reasons cover almost every "but it says working!" report we get.
- Case sensitivity.
CHOCO2026works.choco2026doesn't. Always use the Copy button. - Already redeemed on this account. The redeem panel doesn't always say "used"; sometimes the toast just says "invalid." If you've ever logged into this Roblox account on another device and pasted the code there, the same code won't work here.
- Discord-generated codes are single-use per account. The codes pushed through the SecretVerse Studio
#social-codechannel are stamped to the requesting account at generation time and will reject anyone else. - Trailing whitespace. Pasting from a guide that wraps codes in
<code>tags sometimes drops an invisible trailing space. If the code looks fine but Redeem silently fails, retype it. - Server desync. Brand-new codes occasionally fail on long-lived servers that haven't restarted since the patch. Hop a server (Server List → Refresh → join a freshly-opened lobby) and try again.
If a code fails for you across two servers, hit the Expired vote on the row. Our queue picks up flagged codes within the hour.
+1 Speed Keyboard Escape code FAQ
How often do new +1 Speed Keyboard Escape codes drop?
About every one to three weeks, with cluster spikes around world swaps and visit-milestone events. Our auto-refresh catches them within four hours.
How long do +1 Speed Keyboard Escape codes stay active?
Public speed-boost codes usually last two to four weeks. Event codes tied to the Candy & Chocolate rotation expire the day the next world drops. Discord-generated codes expire 24 hours after they're generated, regardless of redemption.
Are +1 Speed Keyboard Escape codes case-sensitive?
Yes. Paste with the Copy button rather than retyping. CHOCO2026 is not the same as choco2026, and the redeem panel doesn't tell you which capitalization the server expects.
Can I redeem codes on mobile and Xbox?
Yes. The codes panel sits in the same screen position across PC, mobile, and Xbox controller layout. On mobile the gift-box icon collapses into the top-right burger menu when your speed count exceeds four digits.
Do codes work in private servers?
Yes, but they still consume your once-per-account quota. Don't burn a restart shield in a private server you're only testing in.
Can I use the same code on a second Roblox account?
Yes for the public codes — codes are tracked per Roblox account, not per device or IP. Alt accounts can redeem the same public code independently. Discord-generated codes are stamped to the account that requested them and cannot be reused.
Why do some codes show "Verified by 2/4" instead of 4/4?
The code only appeared in two of the four publisher round-ups on the most recent cycle. It's still safe to try; the 2/4 just signals it's newer, more contested, or one of the slower publishers hasn't updated yet.
Do codes give Robux or gamepasses?
No. Codes give in-game currency, multipliers, and cosmetics. Anyone offering a "code for free Robux" or a "code that unlocks the Speed Doubler gamepass" is running a scam — never type one into the panel and never enter your Roblox login on a third-party site to "claim" it.
Where does +1 Speed Keyboard Escape actually announce its codes?
The SecretVerse Studio Discord (#announcements and #social-code), the game's in-experience changelog board in the lobby, and the studio's main social account. We watch all three plus the four publisher round-ups.
Will using codes get my account banned?
No. Codes are an official, developer-issued reward mechanism. Only third-party "code generators" carry account risk — never use those, and never paste your Roblox token into a site that claims to "verify" your eligibility.
Are codes from January 2026 (launch month) still working?
Almost none. The launch codes 1SPEED, WELCOME, and THANKYOU100K all expired within the first eight weeks. The full archive lives in our Expired codes table below for reference.
What's the longest +1 Speed Keyboard Escape code so far?
THANKYOU500K from the April subscriber milestone tied at 12 characters. The in-game input accepts up to 32 characters, so there's headroom for future event codes.
Glossary
A quick reference so the codes column makes sense without bouncing between tabs.
- Step speed — your per-step movement gain. The base game adds +1 to your max running speed every time you take a step. Multipliers from codes apply on top of this.
- Candy — the Candy & Chocolate event currency. Spent at the lobby kiosk on skins, trails, and the Marshmallow Glide pet.
- Restart shield — a single-use buffer that absorbs one failed obstacle so you don't snap back to the spawn. Rare code reward.
- Pet boost token — accelerates the hatch timer on the candy egg.
- The first wall — community shorthand for the speed plateau around 80-120 step speed where most new players quit. Codes are most useful for breaking through this.
- Chocolate keys — the giant floor tiles styled as keyboard keys. They're the entire terrain in the current event.
- The Glide — the Marshmallow Glide pet's passive: short hops carry further. Currently a 600-candy purchase.
- Discord code — a unique single-use code generated by the SecretVerse Studio Discord
#social-codechannel. Stamped to the account that requests it. - World swap — the periodic full-map rotation. Candy & Chocolate is the second world since launch; the third is in test.
- SecretVerse Studio — the publisher group on Roblox. The verified-badge group is the one that owns the experience; lookalike groups are not affiliated.
Working tips beyond codes
Codes give you minutes of acceleration. Sustained progress in +1 Speed Keyboard Escape comes from the strategy stack:
- Use the speed multiplier in the first 60 seconds of a run, not the last. Per-step gain compounds, so doubled steps early give you a higher ceiling for the entire rest of the attempt.
- Don't sprint on the chocolate keys if your ping is above 120ms. The hit-reg on the textured key tops is unforgiving and you'll fall through gaps you can't see.
- Spend candy on the Marshmallow Glide pet before any cosmetic. The Glide passive (longer hops) shaves five to ten seconds off the mid-course bottleneck.
- Restart shields are most valuable on attempts past the second checkpoint. Burning one before checkpoint 1 is wasted; the early section is short enough to brute-force.
- Join a near-empty server during peak hours. The leaderboard system pulls from per-server rankings, so a quiet server is the fastest way to grab a Top 5 frame for screenshots without grinding.

Recent expired codes and what they gave
The Expired codes table below this article keeps the receipts. A few recent expiries so you know what not to type in:
THANKYOU500K— 30-minute 3x speed for the 500k Discord-member milestone (April 2026).WELCOME— launch-week speed boost plus 100 candy (January 2026).1SPEED— restart shield x1, retired after the first world swap (February 2026).100K— 100 candy plus 15-minute 2x multiplier, retired after the Candy event launched (March 2026).
If a guide is still listing any of those as working today, that guide hasn't been touched in over a month.
About this page
This page is owned by the Bloxyblox codes desk. It auto-rebuilds every four hours from publisher cross-checks, every one hour for Roblox stats, and re-renders within a minute of any vote you cast below. If a code worked for you, hit the green Worked button — it goes into our verification queue and weights future re-checks.
Found a code we missed? Use the Submit a code link in the sidebar. Real submissions get verified the same way our auto-scraped ones do: at least two independent sources, then a live-server sanity check before they appear on the Active codes table.
