What's new this week
Last checked: May 26, 2026. Small World Games dropped a batch of social codes tied to the Update 7 launch window earlier this month. Four sub2YouTuber codes are active right now (SUB2JONASLYZ, KARIZMAQT, MOZKING, NAGBLOX), each good for 50 Gems. The milestone code ELEMENTS is also live, adding 1,000 Ancient Relics to your account the moment you redeem it. Check the full working list at the top of this page — it refreshes automatically every four hours.
How to redeem Anime Defenders codes
Redeeming codes in Anime Defenders takes about thirty seconds:
- Launch Anime Defenders on Roblox and wait for the lobby to finish loading.
- Tap the Settings icon (gear symbol) in the lower-right corner of the screen.
- Select the Codes tab inside the Settings panel.
- Type or paste a code into the text field. Case matters — copy the code exactly as it appears on this page.
- Press Redeem. A confirmation message appears if the code is valid and has not already been used on your account.
Mobile players: turn off autocorrect before typing. The game treats a capitalised first letter or a smart-apostrophe as a different string, which triggers a "code not found" error even when the code is live.
Each code can be redeemed only once per account. There is no way to redeem the same code twice.
How we verify every code
Every code listed on this page has been checked by at least one member of the bloxyblox team against a live Anime Defenders session before it is published. We cross-reference against four independent third-party publisher round-ups to catch codes we may have missed and to confirm expiry dates. When those sources disagree, we run a fresh in-game test ourselves.
Our system re-checks the entire list every four hours around the clock. When a code stops working in-game it is moved immediately to the expired section at the bottom of the page so you never waste time typing a dead code. Codes that were working at last check carry a green indicator; codes added within the last 24 hours carry a "new" badge.
Small World Games does not maintain a public master list, so there is no single official source to mirror. The four-hour refresh cadence is our way of keeping pace with the rapid code lifecycle that tower-defense games on Roblox tend to generate, especially in the week after a major update drops.
What you can get from Anime Defenders codes
Codes reward five distinct resource types. Here is what each one does:
Gems are the primary summon currency. Every pull on the standard banner costs Gems. Because the Mythical unit rate is low by design, accumulating Gems between code drops and saving them for a banner with a guaranteed Mythical pity track is the most efficient strategy for new players.
Ancient Relics unlock unit Evolution, which boosts a unit's base stats and, for some units, changes their ability set entirely. ELEMENTS gives 1,000 Ancient Relics in a single redeem, making it one of the most valuable codes ever released for the game.
Divine Trait Crystals are used to roll Traits on units. Traits modify a unit's performance in ways that go beyond base stats, such as increasing damage against specific enemy types or reducing ability cooldowns. SKILLTREES gives five Divine Trait Crystals.
Wishes unlock access to the Exclusive Banner. The Exclusive Banner features limited units that do not appear on the standard summon banner. REDONE gives one Exclusive Wish. Wishes are rare enough that holding them until an Exclusive Banner rotation you actually want is worth the wait.
Trait Rerolls let you re-randomise the Trait assigned to a unit without spending Divine Trait Crystals. They are useful when a unit receives a Trait that conflicts with how you deploy it.
When new codes drop
Anime Defenders codes follow a predictable rhythm once you know where to look:
Major update launches are the biggest code events. Small World Games releases milestone codes alongside each numbered update (Update 1, Update 2, and so on). These codes tend to reward larger amounts — ELEMENTS with its 1,000 Ancient Relics is a good example of an update-launch code.
YouTuber subscription codes appear when Small World Games partners with specific creators. The format is always SUB2CREATORNAME or a variation. These codes are designed to reward players who subscribe to a creator's Roblox YouTube channel. They tend to give a smaller amount, typically 50 Gems, but they are easy to redeem and stack quickly when multiple creator codes are live at the same time.
Anniversaries and milestones unlock new codes when the game hits follower counts or concurrent-player peaks. Watch the official Small World Games Roblox Group and Discord server for announcements.
Raid-mode launches have historically come with a bonus code on release day. If a new raid launches and no code appears within 24 hours, it is likely tied to a social media post rather than a broadcast in-game notification.
Server-shutdown apologies are uncommon but do happen. When an emergency patch requires an unscheduled server restart, Small World Games sometimes drops a compensation code in their Discord within the hour.
Why some codes don't work
Several issues cause a valid code to return an error in the redemption field:
Case sensitivity. Anime Defenders codes are case-sensitive. INCREDIBILLI is not the same string as incredibilli or Incredibilli. Always copy directly from this page rather than typing by memory.
One-per-account limit. Each code can only be redeemed once per Roblox account. If you have already used a code in a previous session, attempting it again returns an "already redeemed" message. This applies even if the code is still listed as active.
Mobile autocorrect. iOS and Android keyboards capitalise the first character of a text field by default and sometimes convert double letters or replace hyphens. Disable autocorrect, or switch to a password-type keyboard before redeeming.
Server cache delay. Occasionally a new code takes five to ten minutes to propagate across all Roblox game servers after Small World Games announces it. If a code is freshly published and returns "invalid," wait a few minutes and try again in a new server.
Expired codes. Codes tied to a specific update or event window expire when that window closes. Post-update codes often expire within two to four weeks. Once expired, there is no way to extend or re-redeem them.
Anime Defenders code FAQ
How often does Small World Games release new codes? Roughly every two to four weeks, with a spike around major update launches. Sub2YouTuber codes are less predictable and can appear with a few days' notice.
Are codes case-sensitive? Yes. Copy them exactly as printed. A single wrong-case letter causes the redemption to fail with an "invalid code" error.
Where exactly do I enter a code in-game? Settings icon (lower-right) → Codes tab → type in the text field → press Redeem. You do not need to be in an active wave or a specific game mode.
What does a Trait Reroll actually do? It re-randomises the Trait currently assigned to a unit, giving you a different randomly selected Trait from that unit's possible pool. Use it when a Trait actively hurts your setup — for example, if a Trait increases single-target damage on a unit you deploy purely for area-of-effect control.
What is an Exclusive Wish, and why save it? An Exclusive Wish is the only currency that can be spent on the Exclusive Banner. The Exclusive Banner features units not available on the standard Gems banner. Because the rotation changes, spending your Wish on the current limited unit only makes sense if that unit fits your team composition or has a strong meta role. Otherwise, hold it.
When is the best time to pull on the Mythical Banner? After you have enough Gems to guarantee pity. The Mythical Banner has a pity counter that guarantees a Mythical unit after a set number of pulls. Pulling small amounts outside of pity range wastes Gems and gives you mostly lower-rarity units. Save until you can clear pity in one session.
What makes Mythical units special? Mythical units sit at the top of the rarity ladder in Anime Defenders. They typically have higher base damage, wider range, or unique abilities that change how a wave or raid plays out. Not all Mythical units are equally useful in every game mode — a unit optimised for Infinite Mode may underperform in a raid, so check community tier lists before committing Evolution materials.
Does the game work on mobile? Yes. Anime Defenders is playable on iOS and Android through the Roblox mobile app. Performance varies by device, and some UI elements are smaller on phone screens. The code redemption path is identical on mobile.
How should I prepare my roster for raid mode? Raids typically require higher-rarity units and benefit from coordinated multiplayer setups. Before a raid unlock, prioritise evolving two or three strong area-of-effect units, stockpile Ancient Relics, and keep at least one Divine Trait Crystal in reserve to reroll a Trait that is actively hampering your damage output.
Why do sub2YouTuber codes only give 50 Gems? Sub2 codes are promotional rather than milestone rewards. They function as a thank-you to players who follow specific creators and as a discovery mechanism for Small World Games. The lower reward amount reflects the promotional nature — they are easy to release in bulk without inflating the in-game economy.
Are codes safe to redeem? Yes. You enter codes through the official in-game Settings panel, which means you are interacting with Roblox's own data layer. You do not need to visit any external website, log in anywhere, or share your account credentials to redeem a code.
Where can I find official announcements for new codes? Small World Games posts codes to their Roblox Group page, their official Discord server, and occasionally on their social media accounts. Following the group and joining the Discord gives you the fastest notification outside of checking this page.
Glossary
Gems — the primary summon currency. Spend them on the standard banner to recruit new units.
Ancient Relics — the material used to trigger unit Evolution. Higher-rarity evolutions require more Relics. ELEMENTS gives 1,000 in one code.
Divine Trait Crystal — a crafting item used to assign a random Trait to a unit. SKILLTREES gives five of these.
Wish — the currency for the Exclusive Banner. One Wish = one pull on the limited-unit rotation. Awarded by REDONE.
Trait — a passive modifier attached to a unit that changes its performance in a specific way, such as increased damage to a particular enemy type or reduced ability cooldown.
Banner — the summon interface. The standard banner uses Gems. The Mythical Banner highlights Mythical-rarity units. The Exclusive Banner uses Wishes and features limited units.
Mythical — the top rarity tier in Anime Defenders. Mythical units have strong base stats and often carry unique abilities. They are uncommon from standard pulls and have a pity counter to guarantee eventual access.
Evolution — a permanent upgrade to a unit that increases its stats and may alter its ability kit. Requires Ancient Relics to complete.
Infinite Mode — a wave-survival game mode with no fixed endpoint. The difficulty scales until all players are eliminated or disconnect. Used for high-level farming and leaderboard competition.
Raid — a cooperative multiplayer challenge with a structured boss encounter. Raids typically have weekly lockouts and higher reward ceilings than standard modes.
Working tips beyond codes
Codes are a shortcut, not a replacement for a consistent daily loop. Here is how to get more out of every session:
Complete daily quests first. The daily quest board resets at midnight UTC. Clearing quests before spending Gems or entering a mode ensures you pick up bonus Gems and any quest-specific rewards before the timer flips.
Time your banner pulls around pity. Track your pull count on the Mythical Banner and avoid pulling until you are within pity range. Splitting Gems across two separate sessions below pity guarantees worse average returns than consolidating them into one pity-clearing run.
Prioritise Trait Rerolls on your highest-damage unit first. The Trait modifier on a high-damage unit scales better than the same Trait on a support unit. If you have limited Rerolls, apply them where the variance in outcome is largest.
Raid every week. Weekly raids are the best source of exclusive materials outside of the Exclusive Banner. Even one successful raid run per lockout period keeps your roster progressing at a faster rate than standard Infinite Mode grinding alone.
Join the Small World Games Roblox Group. The developer group occasionally issues free Gem drops directly to group members during milestones. The drops are small but cost nothing to receive beyond a group join click.
Save Ancient Relics for units you plan to keep long-term. Evolution materials are not refundable. Before spending a large Relic stack, confirm that the unit you are upgrading is worth the investment in your current meta. ELEMENTS is a rare windfall — do not spend it on a unit you pulled only to fill a slot.

About this page
This page is maintained by the bloxyblox editorial team. We track every active Anime Defenders code and update the working list every four hours. When a code expires it is moved to the expired section immediately so the active list stays clean.
Our verification method is straightforward: every code is tested in a live game session before it appears on this page. We cross-reference against four independent third-party publisher round-ups and give priority to codes we can confirm ourselves. We do not publish unverified codes.
The page was last reviewed and refreshed in May 2026. If you spot a code that is missing or a working code that we have marked as expired, the fastest way to flag it is through the vote buttons next to each code in the table above — those signals feed directly into our review queue.
